The stance
I listen for what matters to you, including what takes a while to say. I ask questions, offer perspective, and notice when something deserves more time. You can be uncertain, contradict yourself, laugh in the middle of something difficult, or need a moment. I can stay with you through that.
I bring a researcher’s curiosity and a yoga therapist’s attention to how you’re experiencing things in your body. You bring yourself as you are. We work together to understand what’s happening and discover what helps you live with more choice, connection, and room to be yourself.

Where this happens
We choose a setting that suits you and the work: a walk through Ogden, a quiet room, the studio, or a video conversation from wherever you are. Sometimes moving helps the words come. Sometimes you want to sit down and have someone’s full attention.

Walk-and-talk · Ogden
Come walk with me through Ogden. Sometimes a conversation comes more easily side by side, with somewhere to go and things to notice along the way. Historic 25th is a good place to start.
Sitting down · in person
Two chairs and time for you. Bring the thing you’ve been wanting to say, or take a little time to find it. We can stay with a conversation without rushing to the next thing.

Kundalini yoga therapy · studio
Breath, sound, and movement drawn from the kundalini lineage, adapted to what we’re working with together. A way to explore your experience through the body, including what’s difficult to put into words.

On video · anywhere
Meet with me from a place where you can settle in and speak privately. Bring what’s on your mind. You’ll have my full attention.

He came with feelings close to the surface and wanted somewhere to bring them.
We paid attention to what he was experiencing in his body, with room for the story as it emerged. He set the pace.
Three when he shared this. We worked one session at a time, deciding together how to proceed.
In other people’s words

Alex simply gave me the space and tools to learn what I already knew I needed. I just needed to hear it from myself — that was what I was missing. He surrounded me with care. He listened. And when I finally realized an important truth for me, he sat with me through it. I just felt safe to cry it out. And then I was ready to move forward.

I didn’t realize that I was burned out — not because of work, but because of everything I stopped doing for myself. I was so ashamed of living a life I didn’t want that I simply forgot to live. Now I am honestly the happiest I have been, even without my dream life. It’s because I chose myself again. I chose to live.

Before, I was impulsively jumping from one possible road to the next without any commitment and a lot of fear. With Alex I’ve found a greater ability to turn to myself for answers. The motivation and clarity I find actually stick, because the truths I arrive at are self-generated. He’s a catalyst for stable, consistent change.

The shape of it
One session at a time.
We decide together how to proceed, including how often we meet and what you want from the work. You book one session at a time. Some people come once; others work with me over time.
In person, in studio, or on video.
We choose the format together. In Ogden, we can walk, sit down, or work in the studio with breath, sound, and movement. On video, we meet from wherever you can settle in and have some privacy.
Thirty minutes to start. About an hour after that.
The first session gives us time to work together and decide how to proceed. Later sessions are usually about an hour, with the length and format agreed together.
What it costs
$100
first session · 30 minutes
Sessions after that are $150–$250, depending on length and format. We agree on those details together. If money is the only thing standing between you and this, say so. I’d rather you come.
Please don’t come if
✕
You want someone to hand you a plan and a timeline.
✕
You’re not ready to say no to something.
✕
You’d rather perform authenticity than practice it.
✕
You want the hard feelings managed instead of felt.
✕
You’re looking for a diagnosis or clinical treatment — that’s a different professional, and a good one is worth finding.
You don’t need to arrive fearless or certain. You do need some willingness to get curious about your own life. I’ll meet you there.
Thirty minutes, $100, with time devoted to what brought you here. Bring a question, something you’re carrying, or something you want to explore. We’ll work with it together.
From there, we decide how to proceed: what you want from the work, how often we meet, and what format suits you.
